In Italy, food is an important part of life that brings family and friends together. Having been raised in Italy, the owners and chef operate Pino's Cucina under the same principle. Pino's Cucina is a place where you can share laughter and good times in a comfortable atmosphere over some traditional, authentic, home-made Italian cuisine.
Pino's Cucina is a full service, sit-down restaurant that offers an array of courses including appetizers, pasta, meats, seafood, and daily specials. Compliment your meal with a savory glass of wine and be sure to save room for one of Chef Pino's home-made delicious desserts that are changing everyday. An Italian meal is not complete without vino and dolce!
Meet the Chef

Chef Pino is a natural born chef who learned to cook in Sicily at a young age from his mother, Giovanna, who was known in town for her home-cooked meals. Pino worked for Princess Cruise Lines for 10 years where he started out as a pastry chef and moved up to Executive Chef.
Pino and his family moved to Orange County in 1995 where he has since worked at some of the best Italian restaurants, including Antonello Ristorante and Nello Cucina in Costa Mesa and Stella’s Serious Italian Restaurant in Dana Point. Chef Pino now brings his skills of Italian cooking to the family-oriented community of Ladera Ranch.
